Thanks LtL. Longest rep of my life but well worth it for 4pps!

Thanks mab, it was fun, good to see where I stand with the 3 lifts together too.

Sloppy always improves. Congrats on that bump. Good sign that you're making progress like this.
Thanks BtB. Didn't expect to hit 180kg but the warm-ups felt good and raised the opener, it was a fight but I got it. Next step, a clean 4pps and an ugly 200kg.

Thanks markiev. It wasn't pretty but I'll take it.

Thanks Faz.

Upper back was destroyed from Mondays session but that was about it. Lightish triples today for bench and squat this afternoon.

Looking at the squats, I have no problem getting out of the hole but more of a problem midlift with my torso dropping forward. I think it would be wise to change my main squat variation from paused squats to goodmornings. Never gone heavy with GM's but I'll see what happens.

Last 2 weeks I've been running backloading pretty much as prescribed. Start the day with whey and some double cream and then a big dinner of chicken, bacon, brocolli & eggs and then train mid afternoon followed by dextrose and plenty of carbs for the night. Not sure where weight's at but I'm not bothered, things are working well right now so I'm not going to change a great deal.
