Squat : 19.06.12

Shifted my Legs Session a day earlier as I'll be out of gym for around a week.
stretching and warm up sets

120*10*01 set
210*08*01 set
300*05*01 set

Working Sets
350*05*1 set
390*04*1 set
420*02*1 set
440*01*2 sets (PR )

followed by 100 counts of lunges (110 lbs) and 3 sets of leg extensions. The place where I stand now, 450 is very much in sight ... Will definitely try to do 450 next time. thanks MAB ...
