Decline Crunches (weight behind head)
BB shrugs (high rep, no straps)
Overall Workout Grade: A
Deadlift was cake. My deadlift feels better right now than it has since december. I am not moving the same weight, but it just feels incredibly solid.
My goal was 3, I pulled 4, but easily could have hit 5 and probably even 6.
I really reset my deads back a bunch going in to this routine, and I am very glad I did.
Walking lunges were brutal! Don't know where my head was, but I used 45lbs instead of 35 and I felt it. It doesn't sound like a lot, but it really pushed me.
Supersetted the crunches and shrugs. Both felt really solid. I'm loving the High rep strapless barbell shrugs. Great for grip and growth.
Overall this was a pretty damn good session.
