Did BW rack chins and pull ups between sets of OHP.
Incline Bench Press
Lying Tricep Extension
Rotator Cuff Work 2 exercises x 3 sets
Overall Workout Grade:B+
OHP felt good. I had much more than 3 reps in the tank on my working set, but just wanted to take it easy.
Did bw rack chins and pull ups between OHP sets. I love doing this. I am seeing a definite imporvement on my chins and pulls up.
Threw in some rotator work at the end. The right shoulder is still a bit tweeked. Not nearly as bad as last time I hurt it, but it bad enough for me to call it a legitimate injury.
