Default Irishhitman: Basic Cycle

This is the plan I'll be working with for the next eight weeks. I am changing up what I do every week. I will be doing squats and bench with every leg and chest workout respectively and will be adding in deadlifts to my back workout starting in March.

Monday: Back
Tuesday: Chest
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Shoulders
Friday: Arms
