Thank you man, that's been the plan - upper body training has taken a knock, but lower body work is being smashed - I'm like the opposite of most gym goers!

Oh, definitely man - I injured my shoulder on a Saturday and was back in the gym that Monday pulling a 600lb trap bar deadlift, so no way I'm letting it win. And thank you for the continued support mate, and from the rest of you guys, I really, really appreciate it.
