Hooomid in the Sweat-A-Torium today! Tweaking my routine a little. Been having some shoulder joint issues. It's identical in both shoulders and I suspected the OHP. Turns out I was right. I had let my form lapse. I was leaving my upper body back as the bar went past my face and watching it go up. I corrected that today and immediately felt the difference. And a welcome bite to the rear delts and tris to boot. I've reordered some of the lifts and dropped back on the bench to bring it more in line with my rows and OHP.
