Thanks all! And yea btb, I'm thinking of working the closer grip for awhile and see what happens. I have been working wide raw grip for awhile and it took me along time to get past 300. I worked medium and close grip work for 3 weeks and my close-grip bench is only 10 pounds under my raw comp-grip, maybe thats a sign to bench raw with a close grip lol.
