Going to be very busy every week day except Thursday, so going may jump to my other routine just to save time. Also I'm going to have to stop walking at night so going to try and sprint on Saturdays. (I think)

Kind of want to add stiff legged deadlifts but not sure where. It's not really different then what I am doing right now except all the little stuff is pushed to one day.
