My long term goal is to reach 220+lbs of mainly quality muscle, Its not just the "Image" though, I enjoy enjoy lifting heavy weights and increasing the poundages to see how far I can go. I feel stronger and have a sense of accomplishment.
Starting with Workout A tomorrow morning, will post log then.
