Dropped this right into my dropbox, future reading. Not that I need any convincing. I have whole heartedly returned to low carb eating, let wife know and she was surprisingly okay with it. Even when I added carbs, I rarely went over 250g, which for the Average American is near starvation mode. Any way, thanks for the post BF.
