Cheers guys. Pulls were tough and some of my slowest comparing to the last few sessions, learning to grind a little more but I need to avoid straight legging. Clint Darden uploaded a video yesterday suggesting strengthening hamstrings with things like arched back GM's can help avoid straight legging lifts. Might be an option.

Good day. Setup felt really good, lots of band pull-aparts to cue back tightness and thought of pushing the belly up using my legs which worked well. 130 was a fight but the singles before had taken some out of me and it still locked out.
I think strengthening my tri's will help, barely made the last CG rep although my shoulder isn't a big fan of them when my elbows are fully tucked.
DB Rows; once I started thinking try and break a rib they felt a lot better.
