Those numbers are low Al. The accessory work is 50% and I read I was supposed to go light the first week. I'll get the numbers up there!! Dylan has been making steady progress as well since about a month ago he couldnt even bench the barbell itself more than 6 reps. Thanks for following along Al you know how much I respect you opinion.
