Thursday OHP Solid
Pecs felt really tight today, kinda affected my OHP, still a PR though on reps. Awesome! Plus I upped the tension on the speed bench.
135 plus short monster minis x 3 x 6
205x Miss, got it about half way but my shoulders were tired.

EZ Bar Curls
Good workout today. Felt solid and energy was good.
Karbolyn was good as usual, gives me a nice boost. And helps to get a pump going about half way through my workout.
