Come on PEOPLE STAY FIRED UP! Know your limitations, over come them. Deal with past failures correctly.

“Know your limits…but never stop trying to exceed them.”

Let's be a-chillen in some interpretation:

Do you stop trying when you think you’ve reached your limit? Many people use “limitations” as a stop sign. It is important to know your limits because injury and burn out can be a product of going too far. But the flip side is that you should never use your limitations as an excuse. Everyone needs to learn to take a chance and try. If you never try you will never grow as an individual. Think about the things you wish you could do. What’s stopping you? Are your personal limitations getting in the way of your life? If they are, maybe it’s time to set some new goals to help you overcome your limitations?

Once we accept our limits, we go beyond them.

(Brenden Francis)

Let's be a-chillen in some interpretation:

Wow, what a feeling it is to realize you’ve reached your limit. Whatever the situation in life is, going to max is such a powerful aura. Perhaps it’s the fact that now you know you have reached your potential, and from here on out you are only going to break through those seemingly implausible barriers. Next time you feel like you’re ready to quit-don’t. Push yourself and take it to the next level.

================================================== =======

Think highly of yourself because the world takes you at your own estimate.

Let's be a-chillen in some interpretation:

Take a minute and think about your self-esteem.

Do you think highly of yourself? Are you always giving 110%? Do other people look up to your positive attitude? There are times in all of our lives when we could use a self-esteem boost. It is easy to get discouraged in our fast paced society. It is crucial for you to remember that you must always think highly of yourself because most people only see how you treat yourself. So, think about it.

The future belongs to those who prepare for it today.

(Malcolm X)

Let's be a-chillen in some interpretation:

In your future, what do you see?

Who tries to put together a puzzle without seeing a picture of the finished product? Who shoots an arrow without knowing exactly where they want it to hit? Your goals are likely more important to you than puzzles and archery. So why trust them to luck or a fuzzy idea of what success is? If you can clearly state and see what your vision is, you’re well on your way to seeing it come to life. A vision can motivate you and keep you fired up. Instead of stumbling around, hoping to reach your goals, you’ll know success when you see it, and know what needs to be done to get there. The clearer your vision, the more targeted your plan will be. What do you see?

================================================== ========

Shut out all of your past except that which will help you weather your tomorrows.

(William Olser)

Let's be a-chillen in some interpretation:

Memory can be used for good or for bad. If you use your past as a source of learning, it’s worth remembering.

If, however, all you do is mull over your mistakes and punish yourself for your failures, it’s a waste of time.

Tomorrow is much brighter when it’s not smeared with a fixation on yesterday.

Rehashing failure can paralyze you in mortal fear of making another mistake. Which, of course, just makes this worse and practically guarantees future letdowns. The key to goal achievement is to pay more attention to the future than to the past.

If you mess up, even in an epic, life-altering way, work hard to leave it behind and concentrate on the possibilities yet to come.

The groundwork of all happiness is health

(Leigh Hunt)

Let's be a-chillen in some interpretation:

Have you ever thought about the connection between happiness and good health?

Most would probably agree that there is a connection, but many of us don't take the time to build a foundation of good health.

Good health can be the launching pad for great things. Think about when you are feeling sick. It is hard to stay on track and consistent with your goals when your body isn't up to the challenge. It is extremely important to make sure your body stays in great condition if you want to build happiness within your life.
