didn't want to rep out at 275 which felt easy but i still failed at 305
but i was mega surprised at 135x26, i just did as many as i could maybe my workout wasn't enuff cause i had way too much left in the tank.

before dinner those things weren't nesicerely in that order but i never really ate a meal i just was kinda grazing from the time i woke up. i probably even forgot a few things i ate but oh well i just couldn't decide what to make.
work out felt good, i had a hard time puttin my shirt on when i left so i know i did it good.
