Notes: Ive decided to dedicate one extra session a week to isolating my arms. Im 193cm tall and have really long toothpick like arms so figured if I beef em up a bit it must carry over to my presses. Also, my bicepts have been taking a beating -minor pains and ached- lately and i will be good to strenghten em. I hate training arms but today was still good. Usually i tend to rush through all armwork but took my time and did strict reps today. Also adding more direct abwork.
