Football:
4 sets of sled push(no weight) 10 yards forward then pull 10 yards back
4 set of tire toss from side(2 from the left 2 from the right)
4 sets of aelicator(do not no how to spell it) 10 yards
4 sets on under a bar 34 inces off the ground
4 sets of 30 on the battle rope
Note:
It was 1 set each to make a Cycle. I threw up after the 2nd an kept going.
