It will helps to get to know each other better, and hopefully, bridge a bond between regulars and newcomers to the forum.

Currently we have only 2 interviewers (Steve and myself). I would like to see a couple more.

Do we have any more volunteers?

And between the 2 additional ones, one would interview a new member in which just signed up, after Fazc interview is completed and communicated on. Now, I know this creates a small bit of anxiety with reaching out to a new member because we do not know how they are going respond or take the interview in general. We have to try. And try through professionalism and tact. We can first PM the prospective new member to be interviewed, have the person review this thread, and its comments, and make them feel more comfortable and at home. This is one of the most crucial aspects when we think it about it some.
