Deadlift : 02.06.2012

2 warm up sets followed by 5 working sets ...

120*10*1 set
210*09*1 set

300*08*1 set
350*03*1 set
400*02*1 set
405*02*1 set
410*01*1 set [PR]

followed by 7 sets of lunges(100 count with 50 lbs db in each hand) and 5 sets of leg curls.

tried 2nd set with 410 after finishing 4rth set w/o any problem and did it with some effort. Overall satisfactory workout.
