Thanks, buddy. I dropped 'em! It's actually mostly circumstantial; I've reduced the frequency of my training, so I had to refine it, whittle it down to bare necessities. I'm going to train full-body mid-high volume, every-other-day, and see if I can put some of the same size I've added to my legs on the rest of my body!
