Out of boredom and curiousity, i calibrated my band tensions at the various lengths i use them.

The doubled monster minis and green avg bands add 215 at the top of my squat. good to know that i can easily power up 440+.....now just need to get the bottom half of the lift stronger. guess more weight on the bar is needed
