box squat
+green band
135x3x3
+green and monster mini

225 x 4x2
not sure what the band tension added...maybe 200? will test it out next time

pause squats
230x3x5
put my hands out on the collars for last two sets...took strain off my elbow plus bar felt more stable

abs

Awaiting my adjustable box to be built and shipped. Using bench now which is much too high.
