Default

There's been some shifting of priorities, and as a result I will be reducing the number of times I train weekly. I've been doing 2 on, 1 off; I'm going to start doing every other day. As a result of THAT change, I've changed my programming to the following:

Snatch
Clean and Jerk
Front Squat/Back Squat (Alternating)
Weighted Dips
Weighted Chins
Abs (If time permits)

Progression will be linear for awhile.
