Thanks guys, got it done...

Squats (high bar/deep Oly style/3 breaths between ech rep) = 165 lb x 20 reps (easy)
Deadlifts = worked up to 450 lb x 3 reps
Prowler = 125 lb x 40 yards on low handles x 4 trips

Trying to keep my food down right now. I'll get my gut work in later this evening.
