speed bench
155 +Doubled monster mini 8x3

speed off chest was fine but half way up slowed down a bit. maybe less band tension is needed or i just have to keep working to overcome that weak spot

One arm pushdown
monster mini 3x15

one arm hammer curl

facepull
monster mini 3x15

decided to do all band movements as the bench tweaked my forearm a bit. guess speed work aggrevates it.
