I was debating whether or not to show this to you guys, but in the end I thought I should, as I share almost everything with you guys. The vids are pretty scary.

In the first vid, my tremors started spinning wildly out of control. I managed to re-rack, but then I felt dizzy and almost fainted. On the second vid, I felt my whole body deflate like a balloon, and then I felt my body was going to shut down on the way up. All I could see is white and my eyes felt weird. I have never experienced such utter and complete failure before.

Before the session, I felt like a million bucks, and quite ready to lift. I thought I'd do some front squats and some light incline bench. Just before the vids, I did a set of 215 X5 and it felt normal and I felt fine.

Obviously, my body wasn't ready to lift at all this morning despite feeling quite the opposite. I know my tremors are always worse when I am in a weakened state, so I'm going to take the rest of the week off and likely resume lifting Sunday.
