Fasc, fortunately, I've never had elbow issues. Some of my training partners have. We never figured out exactly what caused the problems since they had good form. We assumed that the problem was caused by the tightness of the shirt at the elbow, but we could be wrong. They just got over it by icing the elbows and rest. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
