Ryano,

I've had this issue since I started back with equipped lifting. My elbows feel under a lot of pressure when benching in a shirt, abnormally so and that leads to some on-going pain over the course of the session. It occurs as I lower the bar and gets worse the lower the bar gets.

Do you have any experience of what I could be doing wrong?
