ME Squat Day

The following post has been a long time coming, I am very happy to finally officially squat 400 lbs raw with wraps. I had missed this weight 3 or 4 times before but I knew yesterday was the day it was gonna fall. I wont say it was easy, but I have strained harder and longer against weights before so it was a good sign. I dropped to 150 kg and repped that out and went to 155kg for another set. These were also massive rep PRs, so I would say what I am doing currently is working again. I finished with chins, these went pretty well too. Good day, gald to get the monkey off my back fo sho.
