The singles felt so good I just wanted to do more, so I did.

Bench Press

240 X2 Was going for 3, but missed 3rd rep and got stapled.

If somebody would have told me last year that someday I would be able to do all this on bench, and after squats, I would have laughed them off of the side of the Earth.

I am finally starting to believe that In myself.
