ME Squat Day

Sluggish night tonight, couldn’t get a good vibe going, always the way if I take a day off tho. I worked up to a nice heavy single with 142.5kg +3 chains in paused squats. I then hit a few doubles. I finished by pulling against chains for speed.Meh night, just couldn’t get that aggressive fire going. Oh well another day another squat workout!
