A lot x 40-50 yards
Somewhere around 15 total, not sure at all. short rest
Sledge Hammer, 10 sec rest
10 swings x 3 sets x each side
Got an awesome pump going!!
Now pretty much starts my crazy weekend, leaving work early tomorrow, Phillies game. And then to DC. Should squeeze in some training, may not have time to log it.
