195x5x5 - PR!! Most I've ever done for five set of five! I look back just 8-9 months ago and my 1RM was 185. Blows me away.
standing skull crushers - 70 lbs plus ez curl bar for 3 sets of 10 50 lbs for 2 set of 20
Good session. Still able to keep progressing, no plateaus YET. Gotta keep moving up.
