A lot of people find a deload to be required, usually right around that time frame. I believe 5/3/1 uses a deload week for every 4th week, dropping weights down to 50-75% 1RM, as opposed to the 85-95% range normal range.
Try it out..take a week with little work, and rest. You should see a marked improvement on your next workout.. Not saying you'll jump the weights by 50#, but your body will appreciate the rest..
