a little warm up followed by working sets ...

210*8*1 set
300*6*1 set
390*4*1 set
400*2*1 set
405*1*1 set [PR]

was trying to lift above 400 for quite sometime now ... achieved ...
finished the session here only as I was traveling since last 3 days and a bit tired ... looking forward to chest session tomorrow ...
