Yep, I've thought about doing negs on pullups. Dips too. I just haven't done it. Not sure why.

Survived MOA just fine. Perkins afterwards, now that's a different story. I'm still paying for it. Too much food.

x/x/x/x/x/x - I got dang close on the first few sets though. I think next time I might even get 1.

DB Curls 30x10x2, 30x8

EZ Curl Tricep Ext. 65x12x2, 65x8

Big ass pump in the arms following. Felt real good.

Next session will probably be Thursday. Squats. Singles at 95% 1RM.
