Dante Trudel (doggcrapp) says to eat like you're 300 pounds, and do cardio like you're at 8% bodyfat. He advocates fasted cardio, and he's a pretty big fella. I haven't been able to do both for very long, but results may vary. Give it a try and see what you think.
