DB work (light weight to keep bicept an tricep good)
Note: I am working out at my buddies house so we only had limited DB's but tomorrow I am getting Release therapy done tomorrow, so i will be able to get back into the 5/3/1 system for the upper body, an tomorrow is my lower body. So be ready to see some PR broken tomorrow.
Squat: 450 @ 116kg
Bench: 301 @118kg
Dead Lift: 501 @118kg
