Friday Night Training
Quick session got a little intense

235 x miss, very close. Just could not finish the press, triceps were beat up
195x4 each rep cleaned and pressed, PR
Need to remember to push for heavy reps, helps with form and stamina. This set of 195 kicked my tail, but it was awesome. Forgot that yesterday was my heavy OHP day, whatever

Tomorrow is going to be front squats. I have to work tomorrow, we are starting a saturday rotation. I do not like it, just gonna ruin the weekend.
