when you get to real heavy weights you will want to sink ur A$$ down and drive with those hips, basically when you pull up with the weight pull back also. Use the weight to your advantage, its basically like getting a bit of leverage.
x2 get a little more thrust forward in the hips. not much, just a little. not like a 10 but maybe a 7.
