So, I havent been active lately due to health and work reasons..

Got in again last night and it felt pretty good, pulled a new PR

Tryna get back into the swings of things over the next few weeks.. With the health issues I've decided its best to scrap the cutting plan and just eat clean + concentrate on getting bigger and stronger
