Great for getting carbs in while cutting or even extra while bulking without the full bloated feeling from eatting more. With it being made from rice, corn and potato's it isn't a bad thing eather.
The lack of bloat is one of the great things about this product. When I have used sugars of waxy in the past I have felt bloated and gasey, not with Karbolyn. Like I said, this product will be staying in my rotation.
