Thanks Steve.. It has been tough for sure. I'm hoping if any surgery does happen, it happens sooner than later. I need my arm out of the sling and semi-usable before the end of June. That starts my Summer party time, and I know healing should take precedence, but if I can work something out to get my shoulder fixed, and still be able to have some fun I'd be much happier.

I'll get another log up and running once I have something set. I'm leaning towards a Smolov style program. My legs are weak, and I need to get back to over 300# squats and 400# Deads. Coupled with a 300# bench, those my year-end goals...An even 1000# 3 lift total and I'll be cloud nine.
