Hope you enjoy it mate, it ****ing sucks! In a good way of course. Despite the soreness, the microcycle is a piece of piss compared with what's to come.
Enjoy! I'd recommend squatting on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, or at least three times a week, rather than four, especially since you can't train at weekends.
you know after last week i think you are right on the three day thing .. while it might drag it out a bit longer it will also ensure that i am not a broken man by the end of it....
