ME Squat Day

Still feelin that last chain workout!, tired but got in a good one. Squatted with the red band today, up to a new record of 147.5kg on the bar. I then backed off for heavy triples, and switched to CS and paused, I like what these are doing for me at the moment so I will hammer them into getting stronger. Finished with sumo rack pulls below the knees for reps. Strong day in the end.
