Sunday Training
Solid session today felt pretty good. Being that I went out last night and had a good buzz going on. Felt fine this morning, just need to make up some calories right now.

Power Cleans
135x2x3
185x3
205x1
225x1
235x1

Stopped here, just did not feel like I was going to be able to hit anything heavier so I changed gears a bit.

Fat Grip Cleans

185x 3 singles
These are a completely different movement than regular cleans.

Sprints with tire sled
Tire x 2 x 25 yards
Tire plus 45 x 4 x 25 yds
Tire plus 90 x 2 x 25, Wow!
Tire plus 45 x 2 x 25
The sprints with 2 45s were very hard. A little slow but I liked it.

Overall happy with the session today. This week I am going to start carb backloading. I am going to keep it pretty clean here. My carbs are going to come mostly from brown rice, sweet potatoes, things like that. Not gonna go crazy on the carbs. Will do a lot of tweaking along the way.
