Although KK was my inspiration, I have to concur with the lads above and give Steve Shaw a well deserved mention. He has managed to lead a site and forum away from the messed-up thought process seen on so many other muscle, strength, bodybuilding etc. forums/sites. He has managed to strip powerlifting and gaining strength and meeting your goals in general down to the bare essentials.
