ME Squat Day

I squatted with 4 chains today, busted dat ass!! it was a very strong day worked up to a strong PR of 167.5kg + chains. I then hit back off sets of 5 up to 137.5kg. Next was CS squats paused deep in the hole for triples. i finished with Abs and DB rows. VERY strong day, could have trained for 3 more hours.

ME Squat Day 5/5/12

Squat + 4 Chains

1x1 140kg
1x1 150kg
1x1 160kg
1x1 167.5kg (PR)
2x5 115kg
2x5 120kg
1x5 130kg
1x5 137.5kg

CS Squat + 4 Chains

4x3 to 110kg

Janda Situps

4 sets to 2 x12 +10kg

DB Rows

5x10 Tp 45kg ea
