Just finished w/o #2 of week #6. Hope to get 8 weeks in the can before I leave on a vaca.
Really feeling it in my chest today. Probably has something to do with digging postholes with a two man auger this morning.
Still feeling pretty strong on all lifts except for military press. My best on this in the past was 115. My intermediate goal at this point is reaching 120 for a PR on that. Getting all reps but it is a little tougher than the other lifts. It's also my last lift of the w/o.
Whew! Does Xtend make anyone else blow noxious farts??? Dang!
Cinco de Mayo so heading out for carne asada something or other and margaritas. Do a little drunk driving after that. j/k
